Ordering Instructions | Your fax orders are always welcome. | | | | We recommend that you use one of our two standard orders forms (link below) but if you have a Corporate Purchase Order or even just a list you've put together in your word processor we'll be happy to accept that. Or, if you want to order by phone click here. We confirm all fax orders via telephone as soon as possible, usually the same day or the next. At that time we will also confirm your shipping cost. So, be sure you include your phone number. | For a single order for one or more items order going to a single address, click here
(if you are sending more than one item to a list of destination addresses, simply fill out one copy of this form for each addressee.) | | | For single item orders going to multiple addresses, click here. (this would be probably used for your Holiday list or similar situation where the same item is going to more than one person.) | | | After you fill out an order form (please - on screen, not by hand), print it and fax it to us. We'll phone you back as soon as possible, usually the same or the next day but at holidays, please allow extra time.
